Return & Refund Policy

At Little Grown-Ups, every product is thoughtfully designed and carefully packed before it reaches you.
Some of our products are ready-to-ship, while others are personalised or made-to-order.

Because of this, returns and refunds are handled with care and vary by product type.


When are returns or refunds accepted?

We accept return or refund requests only in the following cases:

• The product received is damaged or defective
• An incorrect product was delivered
• The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery

Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for review.

Please note:
Personalised or made-to-order products are not eligible for return or refund due to change of mind or incorrect details shared by the customer.
However, personalised products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect will be reviewed for support.


How to request a return or refund

To raise a request, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, during our working hours:

Please mention your Order ID clearly in your message.


Requisites for return or refund

For your request to be reviewed, all of the following must be shared:

• Original shipping labels and invoice
• A clear unboxing video showing the product and outer packaging
• Clear photographs highlighting the damage or defect (if any)
• The product’s outer box and all original packaging materials in unused, original condition
• The product must not be used, worn, altered, or damaged after delivery

Requests that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return or refund.


Refund processing

• Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 working days
• For prepaid orders, refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI
(customers will be required to share the necessary details)


Important notes

• If a return is approved, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer
• Little Grown-Ups reserves the right to approve or reject any return or refund request after review
• This policy applies to all purchases made through our website
